We provide technical expertise for the execution of real estate development projects, principally, multifamily housing and land development.  We have engaged all facets of the development process, including project design conception, proforma development, wetland permitting, securing equity and financing, public process and construction.


Our recent endeavors include new construction, renovation and acquisition of multifamily apartments.  We have been fortunate to have a strong group of investors, good management and innovative financing packages. The result of this assembly is a dramatic reduction in exposure to long term interest rate hikes on debt, and therefore, reduced investor risk and increased return potential.
We have also assisted other owner groups with refinancing troubled assets and consulting on land development and other real estate projects.


We continue to expand our client base in this area, because it is a critical part of nearly all new development projects.  We don't just focus on the science and the rules of wetland regulation, we also understand the importance of wetlands and how they fit into development. 

We perform wetland delineations, wetland determinations, defend violations and restoration orders, deminimus exemption submittals, replacement plans (banking and created), wetland monitoring reports and we will travel all over the upper midwest to perform these tasks.

Our clients include private corporations, non-profits, individuals, housing authorities, school districts, state (DOT's) and municipal government.
