Land Logic, Inc. is our contracting corporation.  We hold both a general contractor's license and a registered landscape architect license in the State of Minnesota. We realize that construction is a critical part of any real estate development effort. In a competitive market, if you do not have the right people on the right job, you risk wasting thousands, if not millions of dollars through errors, extended timelines, and future liabilities.

Through the efforts of Blackhoof, LLC and Land Logic, Inc. we are able to effectively marry the design process with construction. We have developed a process of dealing with our subcontractors that maximizes production and fairness, on new construction as well as complicated renovation and restoration projects.

Though Land Logic, Inc. is a critical part of our development process it is not limited to just development. Since the creation of Land Logic, Inc. we have been able to branch out into other construction endeavors such as storm water solutions and earthwork.
